Abstrak

Restaurants now function as a place to eat and offer a unique experience influenced by the atmosphere inside. Customer satisfaction and behavior when spending time and buying products are greatly influenced by a comfortable and attractive atmosphere. Interior design trends present a unique atmosphere that combines aesthetics, functionality, and a relationship with nature. However, research related to restaurant atmosphere preferences is still limited. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires filled out by 124 respondents and analyzed using the ANOVA method to test differences in atmospheric preferences. The results are expected to guide the culinary industry in creating an atmosphere that supports customer satisfaction and loyalty.
